- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns
- Implement strategies to improve client retention rates
- Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or retention
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
