Job OverviewAs an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative and human resources support to senior leaders. This remote role offers virtual support to the senior team and serves as a backup to other Executive Assistants.Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily administrative support to managers, supervisors, and staff- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials- Edit documents for grammar and accuracy- Manage phone calls and messages for supervisors and staff- Process administrative paperwork, including employment requisitions and expense vouchers- Maintain familiarity with various platforms, such as Salesforce, Dayforce, and Zycus- Review and process departmental paperwork, including purchase requisitions and statistical reports- Ensure adequate office supplies and basic maintenance of office equipmentQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required- 1-2 years of administrative support experience- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines- Effective communication skills for managing vendor and employee relationships- Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach- Commitment to quality in all aspects of workBenefits:- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package for full-time employees- 401(k) with company match- Paid time off and holiday pay- Rewarding work with opportunities for growth and development- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule with remote work options- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Full-time and part-time positions availablePay:- $35.00 - $40.00 per hour- Expected hours: minimum 40 per week- Location: RemoteJoin Our TeamIf you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to join Wasoko's mission.
