What you'll be doing...
The Pension Call Center Supervisor leads one team of many in the department. It’s a big department with multiple offices in several states including Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho and Nevada. It’s a great opportunity to take your previous supervisor, lead or training skills and develop them into something more challenging and rewarding.
- Lead the phone bank and auditor team (15-18 employees) in a call center environment
- Supervise workflow, monitor quality and quantity standards within the department
- Provide ongoing training and coaching of staff to ensure work is completed
- Ensure that policies and procedures are consistently applied
- Utilize Global Navigator software to monitor and respond to incoming calls
- Analyze call center data for reporting purposes
- Responsible for hiring, performance reviews, timecards and disciplinary action
- Handle escalated participant inquiries
Who you are...
- Experienced. Call Center Supervisor or lead; exp. w/remote workforce preferred
- Education. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Leader. Partner & work effectively across all levels; Situational Leadership preferred
- Organized. Able to prioritize and understand importance of accurate and timely work
- Communication. Interpersonal and comm. skills, empathy and ability to listen to others
- Service Minded. You deliver customer support like you expect it; with excellence

- Starting salary range of $6,498 - $8,792 per month. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications
