A Senior Experience Designer who wants to be part of a tightly knit team, working across disciplines and team boundaries to deliver industry-shaping design and strategy solutions to businesses both in the Germany and worldwide.

A Senior Experience Designer – as we’ll call you wears many hats. You’ll be blending psychology, technology and creativity into holistic experiences that leave a lasting impact. You will identify and map opportunities for end-users and the client organisation across all touchpoints within both digital and non-digital services, ensuring customer and business value.
- Design and revolutionize the digital platforms of tomorrow based on well-founded methods, specialist know-how and creative flair,
- Looking through the glasses of the user and developing value-creating innovative solutions that make everyday life easier and, above all, better,
- Map user insights and experiences to help shine a bright light on the challenges and opportunities of our clients,
- Examine user behaviour and translate these into personas, customer journeys and service blueprints,
- Inspire colleagues and clients as you deliver thought-provoking leadership and strategic direction,
- Design and facilitate workshops with users, customers and colleagues.
What makes us curious
- You have at least 6 years of professional experience in experience design, user interface design or related disciplines,
- Proven track record of leading and delivering exceptional experience design solutions for diverse clients and industries,
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Protopie, Figma, etc.
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and design thinking,
- You thrive in a creative, multilingual environment with lots of opportunities that is supportive, dynamic and encourages professional growth.
- Excellent German and English communication skills – both verbally and written,
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that highlight your problem-solving skills, creativity, and strategic thinking.
