What You’ll Do (Jobs to Be Done)
✔️ Deliver a World-Class Customer Experience by providing technical support via email, chat, and phone.✔️ Troubleshoot customer issues using available tools, resources, and critical thinking.✔️ Execute assigned tasks and projects to support the broader Customer Support team.✔️ Become a Product Expert – learn and adapt quickly to our platform, processes, and customer needs.✔️ Be a Customer Advocate – identify and communicate areas for improvement to enhance the maintenance experience.
