Regional Director, Oncology Lymphoma

The Regional Director, Oncology – Lymphoma is responsible for building and leading a team of Clinical Oncology Specialists dedicated to the Lymphoma market within a defined territory. This role focuses on driving sales of Natera’s Signatera MRD cancer test to Hematologists/Oncologists, Pathologists, and other key stakeholders involved in Lymphoma patient care.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Regional Director is accountable for coaching, developing, and empowering the team to meet and exceed annual sales targets. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute strategic business plans that align with corporate objectives for the Natera Oncology portfolio.

Responsibilities


  • Hire, coach, and lead a team of sales professionals by example through business planning, CRM utilization, and field travel to achieve Signatera for Lymphoma sales goals.
  • Educate and recruit Key Opinion Leaders in the treatment of Lymphoma, primarily in the academic setting as well as in select community oncology targets.
  • Become an expert in Natera’s technology and service offerings and be able to represent the company and its business interests to physicians and hospitals.
  • Develop business plans based on sales goals, expectations, and available resources, including regional strategies and tactics.
  • Effectively provide constructive feedback to sales professionals in order to help maximize their potential.
  • Provide direction based on field input, market assessments, and trends in order to develop a region that consistently implements "Best Practices."
  • Plan, design, and implement territory alignment based on maximum ROI.
  • Support sales professionals by providing guidance and career development.
  • Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).
  • Employees must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training, and security training as soon as possible, but no later than the first 30 days of hire.
  • Support Signatera and other oncology offerings as required.

Qualifications


  • A BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • Background in B2B sales, medical or biological sciences; clinical diagnostics experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in oncology/hematologic malignancy therapeutics and/or the diagnostic laboratory business is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful sales and management experience, preferably in Hematology/Oncology or the diagnostic laboratory business.

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.com.

Physical Demands


  • Co-travel with Clinical Oncology Specialists, calling on physician offices and hospitals.
  • Duties are typically performed in a medical office or hospital setting.
  • This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
  • Duties may occasionally require working outside normal working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Requires 75% travel.

In addition to the OTE listed below, this position will also receive equity.


The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.Remote USA$220,000—$280,000 USD
