Who You Are: 


A team player who is ready to jump in on day 1 and help drive the success of our key retail partners.  Your role is designed to support our two Account Managers and our AVP of Accounts, and you will be highly cross-functional with close communication with Retail Marketing, Field, and Planning teams. You will also get the chance to work directly with our retail partners at Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, and Nordstrom (among others) and start to learn the language of these retailers. Your position is part of the North America team, led by our SVP/GM North America sales.

Responsibilities: 


  • Support Key Account Managers and AVP of Accounts to drive strategy and execution at core accounts (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, Nordstrom) and smaller key accounts
  • Help manage communication with key retail partners, setting agendas for weekly / bi-weekly touchpoints and keeping track of key follow-ups and action plans
  • Work closely with the Retail Marketing team on critical programs like sampling, visual merchandising, events, Field team playbooks, and other activations that drive the business
  • Work with Finance and Accounting teams to track RTVs, Testers, DIFs, and related costs to help understand the impact on the overall profitability of each account
  • Provide reporting support for Account Managers - analyze sales and productivity reports from retailers to turn data into actionable insights, leveraging and learning simple reporting tools
  • Have a pulse on the beauty market, sunscreen category, and key competitors
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications/Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in beauty or CPG industry with retailer planning experience
  • Proficient in all of Microsoft Office and Google-Suite (Intermediary level in Excel preferred)
  • Proficient working in MacOS
  • Excellent communication, social, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000/year commensurate with experience
