As a Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing IT support for HCSC-delivered solutions.Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Offering technical support for Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.
- Managing databases and overseeing project and risk management activities.
- Engaging in strategic planning for enterprise systems modernization.- Implementing integrations and documentation between internal and external systems.
- Conducting technical analyses of documentation, publications, handbooks, and new policies.
- Providing subject matter expertise in cybersecurity engineering requirements and authorizations (FedRAMP/RMF).
- Leading efforts in IT and Cloud design, security, development, systems engineering, and implementation. Your expertise will be critical in analyzing program security deficiencies, monitoring application integration through governance processes, and supporting large-scale cloud solutions in both federal and commercial industries.
Education Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following or related fields:

- Cybersecurity
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Information Assurance
- Information Security
- Information Resource Management
Certification Requirement
Possession of one or more of the following certifications
- IAT II - CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, SSCP
- IAM II - CAP, CASP, CISM, CISSP, GSLC
- IASAE II - CASP, CISSP, CSSLP
Experience Requirement
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years specializing in Cybersecurity and Cloud Security.
- Experience should preferably be with a government agency comparable in size and scope to the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
