Integrated Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Manager to join our Integrated Marketing team. In this role, you will set the marketing strategy for key categories and develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement among consumers, private clients, and interior design firms. As our ideal candidate, you are self-directed, data-driven, and highly collaborative, and you bring experience in both strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role will report to the Director of Integrated Marketing and collaborate closely with the broader Marketing team, Supply, Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams.

What You Will Do


  • Establish annual and seasonal marketing strategies to support category (Furniture, Art, Jewelry and Fashion) growth and other business priorities
  • Ideate and brief multi-channel campaigns that engage our audience of high-net worth individuals and interior designers
  • Collaborate with marketing channel partners (merchandising, email, social, editorial, paid etc.) to identify opportunities based on campaign performance, market trends and competitive research
  • Act as a liaison with Supply teams to understand our seller cohort, develop suitable campaign strategies and seller commercialization plans
  • Manage Partnerships with tastemakers, industry organizations, interior designers, and sellers to grow awareness of 1stDibs 
  • Work with channel owners and Analytics to measure campaign impact and optimize performance
  • Represent the team and broader Marketing function in relevant cross-functional meetings, with Executive visibility 
  • Collaborate with Product, pitching opportunities for UX improvements and feature innovation
  • Additional responsibilities as needed, taking on ad hoc projects as business needs shift

Who You Are


  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 5+ years prior experience in integrated or digital marketing in ecommerce or consumer tech
  • Keen analytical skills and familiarity with measurement tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Owner-operator who can balance strategic vision-setting with nimbleness and execution
  • Comfortable operating in white spaces, with a bias toward action
  • Cross-functional player who is able to solicit perspectives from stakeholders and exert influence on outcomes

Our overall compensation package is made of several parts, base compensation being one of them. At 1stDibs we value and are proud of our culture, innovation, professional development and training workshops, trust and giving back to the community.  Equity, a comprehensive benefits package, and incentive (IF APPLICABLE)  are all are components of your total compensation package.  Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.Tri-State Pay Range$110,000—$121,000 USD
