The Sales Enablement Specialist will focus on planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, the result of which will drive revenue growth for direct merchant sales and partner channel sales. The Sales Enablement Specialist will work jointly with Product, Sales and Marketing to develop and deliver enablement and marketing assets that enhance the internal and external sales team’s understanding of the product.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with our Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to generate compelling and relevant content for new and existing products and services, including presentations, case studies, product demosand other materials.
- Develop innovative approaches to showcase solutions, such as customized exhibits at tradeshows, live demos or bespoke marketing activations.
- Guiding new and existing partners through the enablement curriculum and working hand in hand with Partner Sales and Partner Management Teams to support the partner channel to drive revenue.
- Take products to market, internally and externally by leading sales enablement sessions to deepen commercial teams’ understanding of core value proposition, unique selling proposition and market differentiators.
- Conduct industry research to understand market trends, innovative solutions, merchant sentiment, and the overarching competitive landscape as part of launching new products to market.
- Organize content within Marketing collateral portal.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product and/or Partner Marketing, ideally in a SaaS company.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong project management, relationship management, and critical thinking skills.
- Superior writing and communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of creative tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lucid, and video editing tools is a plus.
- Mindset: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, motivated to drive visibility and impact across teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, performance metrics, and tools to optimize partner programs.
