Your Role: Part-Time Meeting Coordinator Extraordinaire


We’re on the hunt for an organized, detail-oriented, and personable superstar to join our Manchester, NH office as a Part-Time Meeting Coordinator. If you’ve got a knack for planning, love keeping things on track, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, this could be your dream role.As a key member of our team, you’ll help organize and coordinate a wide range of events – from intimate meetings (25-100 participants) to large conventions (up to 2,500 people) and exciting member trips (300-800 participants).

Flexibility is key, and you’ll have the chance to work at least 20 hours a week, with the option to go beyond when needed. If you're someone who can work independently and loves working with a team, this is the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Rockin' & Rollin':


  • Meeting Magic: Help make our events run smoothly, from confirming registrations to managing name badges, transportation, meal orders, AV needs, and more. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure everything’s perfect.
  • Cvent Superpowers: Build event websites, handle registration, and keep everything organized. Bonus points if you’re already a Cvent pro, but we’ll teach you if you’re not!
  • Customer Service Champion: Be the friendly face (or voice) answering questions, supporting attendees, and ensuring every event is a hit.
  • Detail-Oriented Dynamo: You’ll help coordinate the logistics of smaller meetings, ensure materials are ready on time, and meet target dates – all while keeping your cool under pressure.

Do You Have What It Takes?


  • Experience: At least 1-2 years in an admin or meeting planning role (we’d love if you have both!).
  • Team Player: You’re someone who thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.), and experience with Cvent or other registration platforms is a plus.
  • Flexibility: We’re all about work-life balance, but you’ll need to be able to flex your hours to meet the needs of the job when required.
