Are you passionate about leading technical teams, delivering exceptional client service, and driving operational excellence? We’re looking for a Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service desk and NOC teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining SLA compliance, and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

What You’ll Do


As our Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our service operations by:

  • Client Interaction: Act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee service desk operations, ensuring workflows are optimized and tickets are resolvedpromptly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, supporting their development and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Resource Management: Manage resource allocation to maximize efficiency and meet client demands.
  • Workload Prioritization: Assess incoming requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency, complexity, and available resources.
  • Facilitate Communication: Serve as a bridge between clients, technicians, and leadership to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Monitor Progress: Track service requests, escalations to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to elevate service delivery.

  • Team Leadership: Experience supporting and leading a team to achieve their goals.
  • Technical Familiarity: Experience in IT or familiarity with MSP operations is a plus.
