cBEYONData is seeking a highly skilled and experienced team member to join our team in support of Enterprise Data Analytics Platform effort for a Federal customer. The focus across the broader program includes analyzing current data and system interfaces, building and maintaining data pipelines, developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and supporting other IT modernization programmatic activities. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of functional analysts and technical developers to deliver identified capabilities in the system
- Track and report on project related metrics and risks
- Produce & maintain best practice project management documentation such as but not limited to project management plan, risk management plan, change management plan, Work Breakdown Structures, and scope analysis documentation
- Develop and maintain c-suite level briefings and metrics for the project
- Verbally communicate related tasks and project progress at working level and c-suite level
- Assign, review and provide feedback on team deliverables
- Manage Jira and Confluence to ensure project alignment and work assignment of development activities
- Manage the creation and backlog tracking of new tasks using Agile development methodology
- Manage and track new user requirements to be implemented in the system
- Coordinate with stakeholders and users from other organizations to establish clear communication channels and flow of information
Requirements:
- Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret security clearance is required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Experience: 10+ years of related work experience
- Skills:
- 5+ years experience in managing a Technical systems implementation project at a Technical Project Management / Leadership Level.
- Extensive hand-on experience with Project Management and generation of related artifacts and metric.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience managing teams of functional and technical developers to deliver capabilities using Jira and Confluence in an Agile environment
- Extensive experience coordinating with the stakeholder and user community to communicate project updates and manage risks & issues
- Extensive experience with Technical Project Management and developing necessary project related metric to report back to the client
- Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks without any supervision
- Strong sense of mission and commitment to making a difference
