Position:
USASAC Program Specialist I
Responsibilities:
- Provides support for operational level requirements and initiatives, assist with tracking milestones and completion status, and with improving efficiencies.
- Assists with developing briefings and briefing execution.
- Assist with developing cost and budget analyses and resource estimates, updating schedules, developing reports, responding to taskers, developing other required deliverables, and performing other related activities to improve overall operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the functional area for which expertise is required.
- Possesses significant knowledge about the organization's structure and mission as well as industry trends and best practices for improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proficient with Power Point, Excel, Share Point, and other business operations tools.
- Possesses solid experience in the discipline for which functional expertise is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in such disciplines as Operations Research, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Business/Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Education, Social Science, Strategic Studies, Foreign Policy, International Studies, Political Science, Liberal Arts, or other related discipline from an accredited training institution with a curriculum or major field of study which provides substantial knowledge closely related to the task.
- Active Interim Secret Clearance or above is required at the time of hire.
