About the Role


WealthForge seeks an entrepreneurial sales professional to join our National Accounts team. The chosen candidate will work with independent broker-dealers to assist our sponsor clients’ product distribution efforts. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success distributing alternative investment products, can facilitate IBD’s due diligence process, and can build alternative product selling syndicates for the benefit of our sponsor clients and IBD due diligence officers. This position will initially report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities


  • Engage sales, product, and due diligence leaders at independent broker-dealer firms to introduce WealthForge sponsor clients and their products.
  • Become a trusted partner to Independent Broker-Dealer due diligence officers supported by the WealthForge team to deliver a unified best-in-class product discovery, research, and due-diligence experience.
  • Own investment product and platform rollouts, coordinating with WealthForge sponsor clients, independent broker-dealer due diligence officers, and WealthForge sales and relationship management team members to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Create and maintain documentation of each sponsor client's product features and IBD due diligence officer’s preferred product profile and establish routines to support each relationship.
  • Develop client and product collateral to effectively communicate attributes of each to IBD due diligence officers.
  • Utilize the WealthForge CRM to document all sponsor and broker-dealer focused activities
  • Regular travel expected for key client support and prospecting activities.

Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience placing alternative investment products with independent broker-dealer firms
  • Intermediate knowledge of alternative investment products and asset classes
  • Working knowledge of independent broker dealers’ product discovery, research and due-diligence, and platform acceptance
  • Able to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude and high-performance level with demanding and time sensitive initiatives
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses
  • Bachelor’s degree
