We are seeking a Vibration Technician in our Taylor, MI location.
On the job training will be provided as required. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
What You’ll Do:
·Work closely with our senior vibration technician to test and analyze spindles, ensuring vibration levels are within tolerance and set up run-off for finished product. ·Analyze vibration data to determine fault frequencies of bearing systems.·Perform field balancing as required.·Occasionally travel to customer sites to perform on-site vibration analysis.

What We Need from You:
·High School Diploma or equivalent; electro-mechanical associate’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.·Certified in vibration analysis. Two years of experience as a Vibration Technician preferred.·Proficiency with Emerson (CSI) 2120/2130/2140 is preferred.·Ability to read blueprints, precision measure devices and knowledge of bearing assemblies. ·Knowledge of servo spindle drives is considered a plus.·Strong mechanical understanding of industrial equipment.·Troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.·Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.·Effective communication skills (oral / written)·No lifting restrictionsWe are an equal opportunity employer M/F/V/D.
