As an Adaptive Transportation Network Company, the UZURV mobility platform serves individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and others who need assistance with independent transportation. UZURV’s platform combines rideshare with specialty credentialed, drug and alcohol-tested drivers to provide safe, reliable mobility and a higher level of care for the transportation disadvantaged.

A little bit about the role…
The Client Strategy Team at UZURV serves as the primary relationship managers for key clients, including public transit agencies, national nonprofits, and healthcare organizations. This team is dedicated to understanding client objectives and positioning UZURV as a trusted partner by offering tailored solutions.We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Strategy Manager to drive our strategic programs and work collaboratively with our Client Success team and cross-functionally with other departments.
This role requires a strong leader who can ensure strategic objectives are effectively translated into actionable projects while aligning with organizational goals. The Senior Client Strategy Manager will oversee the “why” and the “what” of our programs by streamlining and optimizing program success, along with establishing metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of programs and projects. This role will also be responsible for the following:
Client Strategy & Relationship Management
- Partnering with clients to understand goals, challenges, and align strategies with UZURV’s capabilities.
- Developing and executing tailored strategies that drive client success and optimize outcomes.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs.
Program Execution & Performance Measurement
- Overseeing project planning, timelines, and KPIs to align with client and organizational goals.
- Serving as a strategic liaison, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams.
- Providing regular reports and dashboards on project progress, key insights, and performance metrics.
- Identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring program milestones and quality expectations are met.
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
- Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, driving client and business growth.
- Implementing best practices and client feedback to enhance engagement and program effectiveness.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure continuous alignment with client needs and operational priorities.
- Leading discussions on lessons learned, sharing insights to foster ongoing innovation and improvement.

- You have 3+ years of experience in a client success, customer experience, or account management role, with a proven ability to align stakeholders cross-departmentally, including engineering, product, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable engaging with executives, partners, and customers, with the ability to lead without direct authority and foster collaboration.
- You are a natural at translating business objectives into actionable plans, proactively identifying risks, and implementing solutions while driving measurable impact.
- You are a communication guru and excel at presenting data-driven insights to executives and stakeholders to help guide decision making.
- You can navigate change and ambiguity, shifting priorities and maintaining focus under pressure while continuously driving improvements.

- Program Roadmaps & Schedules: Develop structured plans to track and manage initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication Plans: Ensure seamless, transparent communication across teams and clients.
- Benefit Realization & Performance Reporting: Track program success with data-driven insights, dashboards, and executive reports.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Project Templates & Governance Documentation: Standardize best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
