The Opportunity
We are looking for a Manager of Generative AI Solutions to play a pivotal role in scaling and executing our customer solutions strategy. This role is hands-on, deeply involved in ensuring smooth customer onboarding and system integrations, and is key to enabling our partner-led approach. You’ll work closely with the VP of Generative AI Solutions, supporting the team while also rolling up your sleeves to drive execution

What You’ll Do
- Own and execute customer onboarding – Lead the hands-on execution of customer implementations, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signing to go-live.
- Support and scale our partner-led model – Work with Big4 firms, ALSPs, and other partners to train, enable, and refine their approach to delivering our solutions.
- Be the go-to problem solver – Tackle complex customer challenges, working across teams to develop and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with product, engineering, customer success and sales teams to ensure technical feasibility, smooth deployment, and alignment with customer needs.
- Train and mentor the team—Help develop best practices, train junior team members, and contribute to building a high-performing Generative AI solutions function.
- Leverage AI and prompt engineering – Utilize prompt engineering and AI-driven technology to enhance and streamline customer solutions.
- Refine processes and methodologies – Continuously improve our onboarding and integration frameworks to support rapid growth and customer success.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in customer solutions, technical integration, or a similar function, with a strong background in enterprise technology implementations.
- Hands-on experience managing complex onboarding processes, particularly in SaaS, AI, or legal tech environments.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers, with a consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong technical acumen, including expertise in prompt engineering and AI-driven solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive and execution-focused approach—you’re comfortable both leading initiatives and diving into the details to ensure success.
- Consulting experience in a technical project management or implementation role is a plus.
