The Role


We’re looking for an Entry-Level (1-3 years experience) Content Creator & Social Media Manager to develop high-volume, personality-driven video content that resonates with the creator community. If you're fluent in TikTok, Reels, and emerging platforms, thrive in front of the camera, and can create engaging content that stops the scroll—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do


  • Create & Post → Produce a high volume of TikTok and Reels content that aligns with Passes’ brand and engages creators.
  • Be the Face of Passes → Appear in videos, build an on-camera presence, and develop an authentic brand voice.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends → Identify and execute on viral formats, sounds, and storytelling techniques.
  • Manage Content & Strategy → Own the social calendar, align content with key creator and cultural moments, and collaborate on brand initiatives.
  • Engage & Grow Community → Develop a streamlined, authentic engagement strategy to attract and retain creators.
  • Track & Optimize → Monitor performance metrics to refine content strategy and improve engagement.

What You Bring


  • 1-3 years experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role.
  • Must have on-camera experience—this role requires being a visible brand voice.
  • Proficiency in social platforms & editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
  • Experience with growing accounts from the ground up (20-30k followers preferred).
  • Prior in-house brand/marketing experience is a plus.
