Role Introduction

SES is seeking a talented Operations Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate is committed and dedicated, responsible, focused, detail‐oriented, able to adjust in a fast‐paced working environment, collaborate well with other staff members with a shared vision and demonstrate excellent organizational communication skills.Please submit English & Korean version CV in our job post.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters to ensure their efficient operation.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, optimizing the software release process.
Perform daily maintenance and management of Linux servers, executing common command operations and troubleshooting.
Configure and manage network devices to ensure network security and stability.
Monitor system performance, analyze performance bottlenecks, propose optimization suggestions, and implement them.
Collaborate with the development team to support continuous integration and continuous deployment of business systems.

Required Qualifications

Language: Korean (native) & English (working level)
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, with over 3 years of experience in operations.
Proficient in managing Kubernetes (K8s) clusters and related tools such as kubectl.
Familiar with common CI/CD tools and frameworks such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
In-depth understanding of Linux operating systems, familiarity with common Linux commands and scripting.
Basic knowledge of network configuration and management, including but not limited to TCP/IP protocols, routing, switches, firewalls, etc.
Good problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
