Account Coordinator
Bloom Ads is growing, and we’re looking for self-motivated people seeking an exciting career in advertising and marketing.  The Account Coordinator position is vital to the success of our account services team.On a day-to-day basis, the Account Coordinator assists and supports the operations of the Account Management Team.General Responsibilities:

  • Supports all aspects of day-to-day account management.
  • Maintains necessary performance tracking and media database.
  • Performs extensive research to assist Account and Media teams in gathering information to support media campaign recommendations.
  • Records and delivers client meeting summaries.
  • Develop necessary presentation material. 
  • Fosters a positive relationship with key team members at all levels of the client organization.
  • Works cross-functionally with other areas of the agency.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends, business opportunities and best practices.
  • Maintains positive relationships with third-party clients’ relationships as may be required (e.g., creative relationships, media partners, etc.)
  • Follows all company health and safety procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years of marketing and advertising or related experience. 
  • Media planning and/or experience with media and/or marketing a plus.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, who takes initiative and has a positive demeanor, is an excellent collaborator and communicator.
  • Strong team player, high level of attention to detail, able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Must be able to communicate in an effective, concise, persuasive, articulate, and confident manner.
  • Teamwork – Must show an ability to understand media terms and marketing processes and be able to work efficiently and effectively with partners as directed by senior team members.
  • College Degree Required – Emphasis in Marketing and/or Media Strategy a plus.
  • Experience working with Advantage or other media buying software a plus.

Compensation Range: $38,000 - $45,000 Based on ExperienceThis is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role.
