Global Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee day-to-day Payroll service delivery - monthly/semi-monthly payroll delivery, lodgement management, advisory to employees on salary or tax matters
  • Liaise/Coordinate with global payroll vendors for timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Ensure data accuracy in our HR system (Rippling)
  • Assist with finance on payroll GL matters and related audit activities
  • Work with the People Operations team on our global payroll transformation project

Requirements:


  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in regional payroll and strong knowledge of local statutory requirements in the region.
  • Experience with end-to-end payroll processing requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly
