インサイドセールスのポジション概要


インサイドセールスは、お客様の抱えるセキュリティ課題を解決し、高度なサイバー攻撃からお客様のIT 環境を強固に守るために、Cybereason の優れたセキュリティ製品・サービスの提供を目的に電話、メール、リモート会議ツールなどを用いてお客様と商談を行う内勤の営業職です。アカウント営業と連携しながら中小企業のお客様へアプローチを行い、発掘した案件をアカウント営業へトスアップするだけでなく、案件規模や提案する製品・サービスによっては、発掘した案件の受注までの業務を一貫して担っていただきます。

具体的な仕事内容


  • Cybereason のマーケティングイベントに参加されたお客様、過去商談履歴があるお客様、インシデントが発生しているお客様などへアプローチし、案件の発掘を行う。
  • 発掘した案件をアカウント営業へトスアップし、案件受注までの一連業務および受注後業務のサポートを行う。
  • 規模の小さな案件を中心に、一部の案件については発掘した案件をアカウント営業へトスアップせず、案件受注までの一連業務および受注後業務を一貫して一人で行う。
  • 既存顧客へアプローチし、アップセルもしくはクロスセルの提案を行う。
  • 営業目標を達成するために、四半期ごとにアクションプランを策定し、実行する。
