You will manage relationships, close deals, and ensure successful adoption of our technology in the <strong>UK and EU markets</strong>.</p><p>This is a <strong>remote position</strong> based in <strong>Europe or the UK</strong>, with <strong>30% travel</strong> for customer engagement and industry events.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><strong>Manage Sales Pipeline:</strong> Qualify inbound leads, nurture relationships, and drive deals to successful integrations.</li><li><strong>Lead Outbound Sales Efforts:</strong> Identify and pursue high-value target accounts, expanding Doodle Labs' presence.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with Technical Teams:</strong> Work with Sales Engineers to address customer needs and technical evaluations.</li><li><strong>Customer Engagement:</strong> Act as the primary contact, articulating our value proposition and managing complex sales cycles.</li><li><strong>Strategic Account Management:</strong> Develop long-term relationships and provide high-touch support to secure major accounts.</li></ul><h3>What We Are Looking For</h3><ul><li><strong>5+ years</strong> in sales, account management, or business development in <strong>wireless communications, networking, or robotics</strong>.</li><li><strong>Proven success</strong> in B2B technical sales with <strong>OEMs, system integrators, or industrial automation</strong> firms.</li><li><strong>Strong technical acumen</strong> in <strong>wireless communications, RF technologies, and networking solutions</strong>.</li><li><strong>Drone industry knowledge</strong> (market trends, key players, and wireless integrations) is highly desirable.</li><li><strong>Experience with VARs</strong> (Value-Added Resellers) and <strong>System Integrators</strong> is a plus.</li><li><strong>Fluency in English</strong> is required; <strong>additional European languages</strong> are a plus.</li></ul><h3>Why Join Us?</h3><p>Doodle Labs is growing fast in the global private wireless networking industry.
