About our People & Culture Team
Our People & Culture Team is currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR and Office Assistant to complement our team in Bratislava. This role poses a great opportunity to gain insight into People and HR Operations as well as general office management. You will assist with a mix of tasks that support our team's mission to enhance employee experience and promote a vibrant company culture. This is a part-time student job and we expect it to be 5-10 hours per week to start with. There is a possibility to increase to the maximum of 20 hours per week with time.
The weekly amount of hours will fluctuate depending on the week.
How would you spend your time if you joined us?
About 40% @People and HR admin:
- Help out with employees onboarding (e.g. organizing medical checks) & employee offboarding
- Support absence management admin
- Business travel reports processing
- Health & safety processes admin
- Administration of the monthly meal contribution
- Support documentation & maintenance of internal processes (e.g presentations, building internal Wiki content, etc..)
About 30% @General admin:
- Support with administrative tasks such as scanning and copying of receipts, preparing expense reports
- Pick up deliveries
- Manage the post office agenda
About 20% @People happiness:
- Co-design and co-organize team buildings and team spirit events alongside our Office Happiness Manager
- Help us find the best activities/restaurants/event venues for these events
- Delivery of some of our benefits (e.g. office massages organization)
- Help us co-create our internal monthly newsletter
About 10% @Employer Branding:
- Document life @FrontRowSlovakia (taking pictures, recording videos, etc.)
- Support with content creation for social media
Requirements
Who Are You?
- You are currently enrolled as a university student, for instance studying business administration, psychology, communication, or a similar field – ideally focusing on HR, but this is not required
- You speak fluent Slovak & English
- You have the desire to learn more about People processes, core HR and workplace culture
- You take over the responsibility for your tasks with high detail- and quality-orientation
- You have the drive to be good at what you do and constantly look to improve and learn
- You have a down to earth personality – we don't take ourselves too seriously and like to have fun & joy at what we do
- Integrity, transparency and willingness to give & take constructive feedback are an integral part of how you conduct yourself
