Position Overview:
- Prospect, establish and develop relationships within the M’s (MSO, MSP, and MVNO) sales organizations to drive the required sales revenue for Inseego.
- Strategic Account-based targeting of Tier 2 and Tier 3 MSO’s (Multi-Service Operators) and named MSP’s (Managed Service Providers) are key to success.
- Develop and maintain a current monthly view of sales lead pipeline with appropriate actions to maximize long-term revenue growth.
- Ability to present to medium-large audiences SaaS and device solutions, including co-selling with the M’s customers.
- Team with other Inseego internal sales groups - engineering, product management and operations - to successfully grow sales revenue and support the customer base.
- Ability to provide feedback and guidance to Inseego’s Product and Engineering teams regarding current SaaS platforms to insure design and development activities meet the needs of the M’s segment.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Compile information and data related to carrier customer prospects and interactions to close deals
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
Experience/Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience supporting the M’s teams, selling devices, networking, SaaS, and/or Cloud solutions to enterprises.
- 5-7+ years working with an OEM in Wireless
- Telecommunication knowledge, — Voice, Data, MVNO – Strong working knowledge of carrier processes and terminology.
- Must be highly motivated, have a passion for sales and proven sales success with the ability to drive revenue within accounts.
- Ability to clearly articulate Inseego software and hardware business value propositions and sustain a high level of energy and activity.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Have a proven track record of delivering both tactical and strategic solutions to manage bilateral relationships and selling into telecom operators.
- Ability to devise / negotiate complex deal structures across an array of products and services; With the ability, attitude to seek out and penetrate new opportunities within assigned territory.
- Structured thinker; pays attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Prepares and presents professional sales proposals and presentations that align with client business goals and objectives
- Proven business to business sales experience with carrier sales organizations is a plus.
- The ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge, along with the ability to work in a team environment is required
- Experience with SFDC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and all other Microsoft applications
- Travel as required (up to 70% at times).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- MBA is a plus
Target Total Cash Compensation (base + commissions): $240,000.This pay range will vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
