Requirements
What You'll Do:
As our VOIP & Internet Field Technician, you’ll be the superhero that keeps businesses connected. Your superpowers should include:
- Surveying Client sites to collect valuable insight to provide to our Technical Project Coordinators, allowing them to make informed decisions that impact project success.
- Diagnosing network/VoIP issues like a pro and keeping Clients online, connected and happy.
- Traveling to Client locations to set up and service equipment – including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting VOIP systems and internet services —adventure included!
- Working hands-on with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment.
- Providing top-notch Client service (because happy Clients make everything better!).
- Documenting service calls, keeping things organized, and staying ahead of the game.
What You Bring To The Team:
Here’s what we’re looking for in our dream candidate:Experience with VOIP, networking, and internet installations.Familiarity with routers, switches, and other networking hardware.Solid troubleshooting skills—because the internet should always just work!A valid driver’s license (you’ll be out and about!).A tech-savvy, Client-first mindset that makes you stand out.Salary Description$27-$30/Hour
