As a pivotal member of our high-performing sales team, you’ll manage strategic accounts, uncover new business opportunities, and foster strong, lasting relationships with clients.   • Drive Growth: Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities while growing existing client accounts.
  • Hit Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals to contribute to Gesture’s overall success.
  • Build Relationships: Serve as the go-to resource for clients, offering top-notch service and fostering trust.
  • Lead the Process: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Strategize: Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and contribute ideas to refine processes.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and product developments to provide clients with valuable insights.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: At least 3 years of proven success in a sales or account executive role, preferably in CPG, mar-tech or e-commerce.
  • Dynamic Communicator: You have exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Relationship Builder: You excel at fostering trust and creating strong partnerships with clients.
  • Results-Driven: You thrive on achieving and surpassing ambitious targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and an ability to analyze performance metrics effectively.
  • Analytical & Organized: You’re a master at time management, handling multiple accounts, and uncovering opportunities for growth.
  • Adaptable: You have a startup mindset and are ready to grow alongside an evolving, high-energy company.
