Position Summary:


As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, your focus will be on optimizing marketing operations with a strong emphasis on reporting, performance measurement, and continuous improvement. Your role will focus on creating scalable processes that streamline campaign execution, enhance lead flow, and ensure data integrity across platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing reporting structures to track and assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing key insights to guide decision-making and improve future operations.

What you'll be doing:


  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in marketing operations, including campaign architecture, segmentation, lead scoring, lead nurturing, data quality, and reporting.
  • Administer Marketo, ensuring best practices and identifying areas for optimization and innovation.
  • Evaluate and administer marketing software and tools to ensure data integrity across platforms, ensuring integrations are optimized.
  • Work with other marketing stakeholders to help strategize and execute campaigns that deliver on marketing objectives, including a nurture engine tailored to different segments of the funnel.
  • Act as data steward, auditing data to ensure accurate reporting, identifying data-driven insights to share with the broader marketing team.
  • Supporting a regular cadence of marketing performance reporting that focuses on impact of marketing programs.
  • Lead and recommend areas for improvement and innovation across marketing tools/tech and processes to support the growth of the business and show the value of marketing efforts.

You have:


  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Operations or Technology
  • 5+ years of experience working in Marketo
  • 5+ years of experience working in SFDC
  • Data-driven with a passion for sales and marketing alignment, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Creative, trustworthy, engaging, organized, and passionate about marketing operations.
  • Experienced in building scalable processes in a MAP and collaborating with demand generation professionals on campaign execution.
  • Able to excel in fast-paced work environments and juggle multiple deadlines.

You jump to the front of the line if you have:


  • SaaS/tech experience
  • Certification in both Salesforce and Marketo

Pay Transparency (Vancouver)


We take a market-based and data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, location, and scope. Please view the base salary range for this role below. The range listed is our expected compensation for the role. However, the pay offered may vary depending on a variety of factors including qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Annual Salary$125,000—$145,000 CAD
