About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead recruiting efforts in Sri Lanka, driving faster, high-quality hiring while strengthening candidate pipelines, employer branding, and hiring operations for Petvisor and Vetstoria. You’ll partner with hiring managers, provide strategic guidance, and ensure efficient, compliant hiring processes.Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition (based in the US), you’ll play a key role in reducing time-to-fill, improving candidate flow, negotiating contracts, and positioning the company as an employer of choice in Sri Lanka.
This role requires a confident, experienced recruiter who can influence hiring decisions and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

- Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from job descriptions and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating competitive offers, and closing positions
- Drive faster, high-quality hiring by reducing time-to-fill while ensuring strong applicants and a seamless, well-communicated candidate experience
- Collaborate with senior leaders on workforce planning and hiring forecasts while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing data-driven insights, market trends, and strategic feedback
- Strengthen candidate pipelines through direct outreach, networking events, referrals, and employer branding efforts
- Enhance employer branding and elevate Vetstoria and Petvisor’s visibility to attract top-tier talent while ensuring compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws and maintaining up-to-date recruitment practices
- Optimize hiring operations by improving Lever (ATS) workflows, ensuring interview process consistency, providing interview training, and leveraging data-driven insights to track key metrics, refine recruitment strategies, and influence hiring decisions
About you:
- 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience in tech hiring within Sri Lanka
- An expert consultative approach to working with hiring managers and leadership teams, with the ability to influence and guide decision-making
- Exceptional organization and time management skills, with the experience to know how to balance competing demands
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail, ensuring clear, professional, and well-branded candidate and stakeholder interactions, as well as polished externally-facing materials
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market data to recommend hiring strategies and improve outcomes
- Experience working with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever
- Available to work flexible hours to liaise with international team members
