So, what’s the role all about?
The Associate Software Engineer designs, develops, tests and maintains the NICE CX software platform. Key responsibilities include all tiers of the NICE CX technology, including (but not limited to) design and development of NICE CX products and features, unit testing, code reviews, resolving defects encountered during the QA cycle, supporting the production environment, and assisting other developers in a team environment utilizing agile development processes. The Associate Software Engineer plays a critical role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the NICE inContact software platform.

How will you make an impact?
- Evaluate and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
- Quickly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues in production and development environments.
- Understand and apply security best practices in coding and deployment
- Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and automation improvements.
Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of professional software development experience, with a track record of delivering complex software projects
- Experience in C#, .NET, Angular, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies.
- Experience with AWS, including IAM, DynamoDB, and Lambda is a plus.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including design patterns, unit testing, and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge or experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and data warehousing
- Problem-solving skills
