We seek excellence in everything we do for customers and our teammates.The Product Management Director at Everly Health will be the highest ranking product management individual contributor responsible for leading and managing the Everly Health consumer (Everlywell) group of products, including tele-health, test kits, and new AI-based care paradigms. This role will report directly into Everly Health’s Head of Product (VP of Product.) The ideal candidate will have brought several well known products to market, a strong track record of success in product management, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a passion for developing innovative healthcare products that improve people's lives. Our ideal candidate must be excited about tackling all parts of a product’s lifecycle from concept to product market fit and scale as an individual contributor in a small and nimble team setting. 

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the Everlywell Consumer products team as an individual contributor and work closely with best in class designers, clinical teams, engineering, marketing professionals and executives.
  • Serve as critical senior thought partner to executives like Consumer GM and VP of Product on how to both drive profitable growth from existing products, as well as launch new products that can deliver market differentiation, revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the Everlywell group of products.
  • Bring new innovating ideas and product lines to market to help people understand their health better and take control of their care with Everlywell.
  • Assume responsibility as primary owner of new product development and launches (including things like ideation, market research, strategy decks, competitive analysis, product requirements documentation). 
  • Work closely with the Marketing function on optimizing our Ecomm experience for CRO, SEO and CAC efficiency against paid spend.
  • Leverage AI to build new and compelling product solutions .
  • Be “customer obsessed.”  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and services as well as understanding how to improve our current offering.
  • Partner with the marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Track and measure product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes.
  • Represent Consumer Products in executive leadership meetings such as WBRs, MBRs, Company All hands and CEO reviews.
  • Own and manage key partner integrations with other Diagnostic or Device partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in healthcare and technology.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in health related fields, life sciences, computer science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management and product ownership, preferably in the consumer healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-based solutions that address real-world consumer or clinical problems.
  • Familiarity with consumer marketing channels and tactics a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and qualitative skills to understand and define customer needs and segments.
  • Comfort with financial modeling for new business lines. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage roadmaps, track cross-functional dependencies, and prioritize effectively.
  • Extremely organized and knowledgeable about process efficiency in order to lead a lean organization.
  • Passion for developing innovative products that improve people's lives.
  • Outstanding collaboration and workshop / brainstorm facilitation skills, with experience facilitating decision making with clinical and legal teams or stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high executive visibility and accountability.

This salary range for this position is $140,000 - $220,000 based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, location (ATX or NYC) and internal equity. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus, equity, health, dental, vision & mental health insurance, 401(k) with company match, Flexible PTO, a monthly $100 wellness stipend and various other perks.
