This position is responsible for handling EDI tasks and processing transactions between company and customers and suppliers.This position requires the ability to troubleshoot technical issues by applying analytical thinking and knowledge. This position will also be supporting the Inventory department. Essential Job Functions
- Monitor and maintain EDI system.
- Perform reconciliation of transactions.
- Coordinate with appropriate EDI vendors.
- Monitor inbound and outbound electronic documents.
- Interact with 3rd party vendor websites in maintaining a productive EDI relationship
- Receiving: carton and quantity count
- Pallet breakdown into PO/ item / color
- Accepts and provides constructive coaching and feedback
- Creates and maintains a clean and organized department
- Performs other duties and tasks as needed upon request by management.
Requirements
- 3 years experience in EDI or similar field
- GED, High School Diploma
- Microsoft Office
- NetSuite preferred
- Experience with DiCentral a plus
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate both verbally and written
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekend when needed
- Proficient knowledge of dept. programs, applications and computer operating systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, Smart tools)

Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $26.00 - $30.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
This role is bonus eligible.
