Work Location Statement: Please note that this position is onsite at 5553 Bandini Blvd, Bell, CA 90201. We anticipate transitioning to our new corporate office located in Beverly Hills, CA (90210) in Q4 of 2025. Candidates should be prepared to work at the Bell location until the move is finalized.


FAM Brands is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-volume, complex support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing demanding calendars, coordinating international travel—including visa applications and related paperwork—and handling a variety of administrative tasks with precision. While experience in the apparel industry is not required, it is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities


  • Executive Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to the assigned executives.
  • Proactively manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones.
  • Handle high-volume email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft responses as needed.
  • Travel Coordination
  • Plan and execute extensive international travel arrangements for executives and staff, including flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings.
  • Coordinate necessary travel documents, such as visas and passport renewals, ensuring compliance with travel policies and timelines.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle any last-minute adjustments or cancellations.
  • Administrative & Operational Support
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials, ensuring all content is accurate and meets company standards.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Manage expense reports, track budgets, and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and special projects as assigned.
  • Communication & Liaison
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate smooth information flow.
  • Screen phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate channels and providing prompt follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless operations and support.
  • Project Coordination
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and projects by coordinating timelines, resources, and communication.
  • Track and report project milestones, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed about updates and changes.

  • Qualifications & Requirements


    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
    • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-volume administrative role.
    • Demonstrated experience planning and coordinating complex domestic and international travel.
    • Apparel or related industry experience is highly preferred, but not required.
    • Skills & Abilities:
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
    • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).Compensation Range$25 - $40USD
