In this role, you will report directly to our Co-CFOs, gaining unique exposure and the opportunity to shape strategy and operations across the entire company—including guiding decisions on our most critical strategic initiatives.As a Strategic Finance Associate, you will work closely with our C-suite leadership to evaluate business performance, conduct financial analyses, and deliver data-driven insights that influence major business decisions.

- Financial & Strategic Analysis: Assist in long-term financial forecasting, helping to shape strategic goals and ensure alignment between financial resources and business objectives. Maintain basic financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, investments and strategic initiatives
- Business Performance Monitoring: Track key business performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights on performance drivers, trends, and areas for improvement
- Investor Relations: Collaborate with Co-CFOs to fulfill investor relations responsibilities including board meeting preparation, routine investor updates/presentations and responses to ad-hoc requests
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Support the evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, and other business development initiatives, including financial due diligence and integration planning
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare strategic financial reports and presentations for senior executives and stakeholders, communicating complex financial data clearly and effectively
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure financial implications are considered in business planning and day-to-day operations
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial reporting, analysis, and tools to support the company's evolving strategic needs
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting or related field
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data used in strategic planning
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify key business drivers, and apply financial insights to solve business problems
- Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks, consistently meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- Financial Expertise: Proficiency with financial statement analysis, valuation techniques, business case development, and financial forecasting
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable recommendations. Familiarity working with legal documents (term sheets, NDAs, purchase agreements, etc.) preferred
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present financial concepts and communicate key takeaways
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to coordinate internal and external workflows. Ability to quickly pick up on and learn new workflows and concepts from colleagues across departments
