Overview
Tricon Energy Arabia is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our Riyadh team. At Tricon, our people are our greatest asset, and we are looking for a motivated professional to support our growing operations.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of physical trades, including overseeing product movement, documentation, and payment flows between customers, suppliers, and freight providers. You will coordinate vessel and container operations, ensure compliance with import/export regulations, maintain accurate ERP records, and optimize logistics processes.
Additionally, you will work closely with internal departments to align financial, credit, and compliance requirements while developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless trade execution.

Responsibilities
- Manage the product, documentation and payment flow to customers, suppliers, and freight providers for the physical trades of the assigned business unit.
- Plan and direct vessel/container loading and discharge operations with ship brokers/freight forwarders and determine suitability of transportation offered, including review of prior cargoes, tank conditions, and materials of construction to ensure safe carriage of product that meets customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP system as per company policy.
- Ensure the import and export customs processes of the products traded are managed efficiently.
- Look for ways to improve processes, maximize performance, and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with various departments internally to understand financial, credit, and compliance requirements related to individual trades.
- Negotiate rates with third party logistics and inspection service providers.
- Communicate shipment detail with local and international teams.
- Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers, customers, and service providers to ensure an effective execution of bulk chemicals trade operations.
Experience & Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, or related business field (required)
- Experience working in an ERP system (preferred)
- 2 years’ experience in logistics or physical commodity movements (preferred)
- Knowledge of Incoterms, Import/Export Procedures & Documents (preferred)
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to operate independently
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
- Microsoft Office competence, advanced skills using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple, clear, concise manner with internal and external clients
- Ability to effectively work as part of a team
