About the Role
As the HR Manager – Philippines, you will oversee all HR operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience. This is an office-based role, where you will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives.You will work closely with the global HR team to maintain alignment while addressing region-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to create a seamless employee experience.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure market competitiveness.
- Support performance management, including goal setting and employee development.
- Implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Maintain HR systems and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to align HR practices across the organization.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.✔ 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role.✔ Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.✔ Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.✔ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills & Experience
➕ Experience in the tech or digital services industry.➕ Familiarity with
HRIS systems and tools, we currently use DEEL.
➕ HR certification is a plus.
