Servicing Specialist, where you will lead the charge in managing post closing and servicing operations for our clients!UpEquity is a real estate financial technology company that offers innovative solutions to give homebuyers more power and certainty. As a Servicing Specialist at UpEquity, you will be a pivotal player to ensure UpEquity’s loan operations processes are executed efficiently and effectively for every customer.As a Servicing Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Loan closing
- Verifying that loan closing packages are signed, notarized, and received on time from the title company
- Clearing investor/warehouse conditions and ensuring required documents are uploaded to their platforms in a timely manner
- Ensuring collateral documents are shipped in a timely manner
- Following up for aged trail documents as needed
- Post closing
- Processing lien modifications / collateral changes as needed
- Processing release of liens for paid off loans as needed
- Supporting asset purchases and REO procedures as needed
- General
- Categorizing documents accurately and assigning appropriate metadata for easy retrieval and management reporting.
- Following proper procedures for securely disposing of outdated records once their retention period has expired.
- Retrieving and providing requested documents to authorized users/vendors in a timely manner.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management, project management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
