This would be a Fixed-Term contractual position. You would collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, coordinate events, and manage various marketing initiatives.What You’ll Do:🎯 Plan and execute events like trade shows, conferences, and executive dinners.🤝 Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.📊 Track campaign performance and ROI.What We’re Looking For:✅ 3-5+ years of B2B field marketing/event management experience from the IT domain, preferably cybersecurity✅ Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.✅ Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and event tools.Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning promotional events and presentations
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice
- Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing activities
- Plan, manage, and travel for trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
- Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
- Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience using data analytics software for research
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
