What You’ll Do:
- Deliver vehicles and assist customers with pick-ups at the Etobicoke office, ensuring a great customer experience.
- Complete customer paperwork accurately and take detailed notes in our tracking system.
- Drive a flatbed truck (no commercial license required) to deliver purchases to customers. Training provided.
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring safe transport. Perform basic inspections to keep the truck in good condition.
- Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record.
- Assist team members with various tasks as needed.
All About You:
- Valid Class G Driver’s License with a clean record (last 3 years) and ability to provide a driver’s abstract.
- Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Passion for cars and basic automotive knowledge.
- 2+ years of customer service experience with a focus on creating great experiences.
- Strong communication and people skills – you'll often be the first person customers meet in person.
- Comfortable driving long distances (e.g., Ottawa or Windsor for scheduled deliveries).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- A valid OMVIC license.
- Experience with automotive warranty products.
