Sr. UX Designer II, you’ll apply user-centered design principles to improve the workflow, expand the functionality, and enhance the visual appeal of websites and mobile apps.We know that you can’t have great technology services without amazing people. What you’ll do:

Gathers requirements from users and stakeholders, defines information architecture, creates sample user personas, and documents user workflow
Designs wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Applies the results from user research and usability testing to create new features and improve current features.
Requires knowledge of visual design and wireframing/prototyping tools.
Perform user research, usability testing, or facilitate focus groups.
Familiarity with various graphic design software packages

What you’ll need to succeed:

An active U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance (or higher).
Bachelor's degree
7-10+ years of UX Design experience
Experience working on web and mobile applications in a collaborative, agile environment.
Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong knowledge of usability principles, user research methodologies, and accessibility standards (508 compliance).
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and their rationale.
Analytical mindset with a focus on solving complex user problems through design.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
