Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of robust ServiceNow solutions to address complex client needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster lasting client relationships by delivering value through strategic guidance, regular engagement, and reliable service.
- Strategic System Enhancements: Drive innovation by implementing enhancements to maximize clients' investment in ServiceNow while balancing established and emerging technologies.
- Project Lifecycle Ownership: Technical oversight on projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless integration and sustained functionality of ServiceNow solutions.
- Continuous Client Support: Provide attentive service and proactive communication to address client challenges and ensure satisfaction.

- Expertise in building trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
