Weâre looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and highly-organized Marketing Operations Specialist to join our operations function within the Marketing team. In this role, youâll have a unique opportunity to help execute world-class campaigns by leveraging your experience and passion for technology, process optimization, and insights generation. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, and will partner closely with our Revenue Marketing and Sales teams.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Marketing TechnologyAct as the primary user and subject matter expert for all marketing systems (Marketing Automation, Webinar, CRM, etc.) including campaign building, testing, execution, optimization and reportingWork with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to evaluate and implement new technologies to the mar-tech stack
- Insights and ReportingHelp execute reporting tasks, providing key insights to stakeholders around campaigns, tactics and overall lead lifecycle effectivenessProvide support in selecting and implementing advanced reporting toolsSupport implementation of lead scoring, segmentation and related functionality improvements
- Operational EfficiencyEnsure campaigns are executed on time to a high standard and help provide insights on what is and isnât working - QA campaigns and reports to ensure 100% accuracyWork with campaign managers to ensure processes are adhered to, and optimized and support effective working relationships with various stakeholdersTroubleshoot any issues that arise and work with IT/Revenue Operations to ensure issues are resolved
What Youâll Bring to the Team
- Youâre passionate about delivering excellent marketing campaigns and providing high-quality service to internal stakeholders
- You have 2 to 3 years of experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot or Marketo and a solid understanding of email marketing fundamentals
- Youâre familiar with digital marketing and lead lifecycle metrics and have experience reporting on them
- You have experience and knowledge of the sales cycle and the role marketing plays in itÂ
- You have experience working within Salesforce
- You are driven and passionate about helping Marketing teams optimize their performance
- Youâre extremely organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have experience leveraging project management platforms (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.)Â

- The majority of our team is based in ON and BC, which means these employees live and work remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto (within Ontario) and Vancouver (Within BC).Â
- We offer flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the option of working out of our convenient co-working space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work centrally in Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!
- Youâll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK, India, and North America (weâre just a Zoom call and Slack message away!) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work đđŸ during the workday
