Your impact:
- As a Full-Stack Engineer, your contributions will be crucial in driving the continuous development and optimization of our social networking products. By developing robust server APIs and innovative frontend features, you will help enhance the scalability and functionality of our platform, directly impacting our user experience and client satisfaction. Your work will support our mission to empower organizations to build vibrant, engaging communities, significantly contributing to our growth and success in the tech industry.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- API Development and Maintenance: Construct and optimize server-side APIs to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Frontend Feature Implementation: Develop and refine features for the our Portal, Dashboard, and Admin Console, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet the needs of our diverse client base.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve the performance of existing backend and frontend systems to ensure they operate efficiently under scale.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with the product and design teams to brainstorm solutions and implement new features that address user feedback and market trends.
- Code Review and Mentorship: Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
- Tech Stack Upgradation: Regularly update the technology stack and tools to ensure our products remain at the forefront of technological advancements.
Your ideal profile:
- Proven Experience in Full-Stack Development: Demonstrable experience building and maintaining applications using Node.js and React.js is essential.
- Strong Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with AWS services and managing scalable cloud architecture is crucial.
- Deep Knowledge of Databases: Proficiency in working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, GraphQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating the fast-paced and ever-changing landscape of a growing tech company.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
