Here's your typical responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with vehicle service needs, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Accurately diagnose customer concerns, recommend services, and provide clear explanations of required repairs.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders.
- Provide customers with detailed estimates, timelines, and costs for services.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in automotive service
Here’s what you have:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- License: Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
- Driving Record: Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
- Background Check: Clean criminal background check.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Availability: Minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.
