LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS COURSE ADMINISTRATOR
Team Carney, a dynamic performance solutions provider, is seeking an experienced LMS Course Administrator to provide expert level support for applications and course administration to deliver education, training, and other resources.  The LMS must possess a high degree of technical skills with experience in training systems. Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in an information technology field
  • At least 2 years of progressive experience as a systems administrator managing multiple applications, performing superior help desk functions, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • OR, in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience with Learning Management Systems (ex. Moodle, Blackboard Learn), custom PHP, 508 compliance, HTML/CSS/XML/CMi5/SCORM conformant/xAPI asynchronous and synchronous course pages
  • 3 years managing multiple environments such as dev, prototype, and production.
  • 3 years experience resolving technical issues and performing routing system administration (troubleshooting, password resets, assigning user permissions, setting up/copying/resetting, restoring, closing or archiving courses
  • 3 years experience managing and performing basic to advanced help desk functions.
  • 3 years experience developing and implementing data migration plans between systems, working with data visualization applications.
  • Experience generating and interpreting regular reports on system performance, course completions, user engagement and training effectiveness.
  • Active Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LTI integration with external applications (ex. Turnitin, ePub, BigBlueButton) and experience testing, enabling and configuring LMS plug-ins
  • Experience documenting system configurations, integration processes and interpreting white papers.
  • Experience with developing implementation plans for scheduled maintenance, version updates, feature releases, security patches and monitoring system performance/reacting within unplanned outages.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Applications

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time status.

Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of Team Carney's total compensation package for employees. Posted Salary Range: USD 70,800.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr
