We're hiring a Customer Care Coordinator who will be responsible for establishing unique relationships with clients to ensure their window and door replacement project goes smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide Signature Service by being the primary point of contact for the homeowner.
- Create homeowner's job file, upload and log information into the correct business platforms.
- Schedule homeowner's technical measure and installation date.
- Clarify, diagnose, and correctly route customer issues to the appropriate associate or department.
- Maintain organization in a fast-paced environment, while providing calm customer interactions.
- Organize shared email accounts, spreadsheets, and calendars.
- Follow established Renewal processes, making recommendations for process improvement.
- Assist with general project organization in Operations and Production, and complete additional tasks assigned by Managers.
- Perform any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary or special duties that may be assigned.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of past customer service experience.
- 1+ years of data entry experience.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint database experience.
- Strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
