As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers—answering questions, processing orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, including Sales, Shipping/Receiving, and Accounting, to provide seamless support. Your ability to anticipate customer needs, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong relationships will be key to your success.About SoLoSoLo is a community finance platform where our members step up for one another.

What You’ll Do* Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email* Process customer orders and track deliveries to ensure they meet requirements* Identify customer needs and provide timely, accurate solutions* Build strong relationships with customers through open, interactive communication* Handle complaints with professionalism, offering solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction* Keep detailed records of customer interactions, accounts, and transactions* Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies* Proactively engage customers to foster long-term partnershipsWhat We’re Looking For* Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment* Strong phone and active listening skills with a customer-first mindset* Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills* Ability to adapt to different personalities and problem-solve effectively* Experience with Visibility ERP and Fresh Desk is a plus* Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving setting* Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to go the extra mile for customersIf you’re ready to make an impact and be part of a team that values great service, we’d love to hear from you!SoLo is committed to equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, gender, disability, genetic information, marital status, age, religion, sexual orientation, or national or ethnic origin
