Job Position - Sales Development Representative


We're seeking driven individuals to join our Sales Development team at Luma Health. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a crucial role in identifying and generating qualified outbound leads to support our sales efforts. While this role isn't customer-facing, it offers a valuable entry point into the world of SaaS sales, where you'll refine your skills and contribute to improving healthcare accessibility.

Responsibilities:


  • Identify and create qualified outbound leads within assigned health system territories.
  • Prospect contact identification and information gathering.
  • Conduct high-volume cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.

Who YOU Are


  • Experience in email, phone, or LinkedIn outreach, or a background in healthcare.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and remain motivated.
  • Healthcare expertise is advantageous, particularly in identifying prospects.

Pay Transparency Notice:

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time sales offers from Luma also include target bonus + stock options + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision.)
