Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing technical projects with multiple vendors.
- Strong technical acumen with an understanding of cloud architectures, estimation processes, and go-live activities.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid Waterfall-Agile approaches.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project.
- Fintech experience preferred, particularly in banking projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, adapt to change, and maintain a client-first approach.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and aligning technical and business requirements.
